Service Areas IdeaRoom can enforce service areas by requesting a ZIP code or state before the customer can design their building. The following service area options are supported:

No restrictions. Customers can design a building without a state or zip code. |
State or zip code boundaries, inherited from the supplier. Customer may not deviate from supplier region. |

ℹ️ IdeaRoom is able to support multiple supplier datasets that can be accessed by region, however this feature is not included in Essentials.

ℹ️ IdeaRoom Invoice Format is the default format viewed by the end customer. If your supplier has a custom invoice format, you can use the supplier print button behind the sales tool login for printing, downloads & sending a quote to the manufacturer in their desired format. THE END CUSTOMER WILL NOT SEE THE SUPPLIER FORMAT. This is because we cannot override the supplier's branding within their custom invoice format. Similarly, you can edit T&C in IdeaRoom standard invoice formats. You CANNOT edit T&C in supplier-specific invoice formats. Use the same workaround as above... customers get IdeaRoom standards, you submit to supplier behind the scenes. |

ℹ️ Completion of IdeaRoom 3D configurators will be independent of the status of a required integration. Supported integrations must follow a standardized implementation. Deviations from the IdeaRoom-supported process may result in an additional implementation fee and/or additional ongoing subscription fee.
