Description

All features included in Essentials, plus the ability to support additional suppliers, add branded sites, and support a dealer network.

Key Definitions

✅ Customer is a dealer of up to 3 IdeaRoom-supported suppliers.

✅ Customer wants to create an additional branded site.

✅ Customer wants to enable dealer network support for more than 10 dealers

✅ Customer wishes to supply a custom .KML map to define service areas.

✅ Customer opts into a specialized pricing display (protected pricing options & price ranges).

✅ Customer wants to enable a payment processing and/or tax calculation platform including Stripe, Avalara, or Authorize.net.

✅ Customer requires API/Webhook access to send data to an unsupported external system

✅ Customer can be implemented in < 4 hours

NOT Included


A customer will require an advanced subscription with a potentially higher set up and monthly cost if they require one or more of the following:

❌ Customer wants to add an option, change a business rule, or update a price within a 3D designer.
Products and pricing data are solely created by and inherited from the supplier.

❌ Customer requires an integration(s) beyond those currently supported by IdeaRoom.
Supported integrations include Zapier, Zip Tax, Shed Suite, RTON DMS, CAL or Hubspot.

Included Features

Service Areas - IdeaRoom can enforce service areas by requesting a ZIP code or state before the customer can design their building. The following service area options are supported:

Option 1 - Assign a default supplier to each state.

Option 2- Supply a single-polygon KML map. A KML map, created using Google Maps, sets a boundary around the desired service area. This boundary is not limited to state boundaries. When a KML map is used, customers will be prompted for a ZIP code. An error message will be shown if the ZIP code falls outside the polygon. You can create a polygon for each supplier.
