Key Definitions

✅ The customer’s pricing must be able to adapt to IdeaRoom’s grid-based base pricing, organized into one of our two templates: Pricing base on roof shape (regular, boxed eave, vertical) OR Pricing based on gauge

✅ Styles can include Standard, Triple-Wide, Commercial, Garage, Combo / Utility, RV Cover, Monitor Barn (Step-Down Barn), Straight Roof Barn, Monoslope / Free-standing Lean, and Loafing Shed with Tack Room. Does not include complex packages.

✅ Customer can utilize IdeaRoom standard business logic

✅ Customer would like dealer network support for 10 or less dealers

✅ Customer can be implemented in < 20 hours

✅ Customer receives 6 ongoing implementation credits per quarter

NOT Included - A customer will require an advanced subscription with a potentially higher set up and monthly cost if they require one or more of the following:

❌ Business logic or rules that are not part of the carport template (for example, vertical roofs are available only on buildings over X feet wide/long)

❌ Any task or customization that would take longer than 30 minutes to complete, even if that item is listed above. For example, if a client requests adjustments to the sizes for regular carports that would require extensive logic to implement, the client and consultant will work to identify a streamlined approach within the IdeaRoom standard templates that can be completed within 30 minutes.

❌ Any customization around braces, frame gauge, panel gauge, roof pitch, certifications, additional options, services.

❌ Integrations that do not include standard implementations of Zapier, Zip Tax, Shed Suite, RTON DMS, CAL or Hubspot

Service Areas - IdeaRoom can enforce service areas by requesting a ZIP code or state before the customer can design their building. The following service area options are supported:

No restrictions. Customers can design a building without providing a ZIP code.

State boundaries. Customers will be prompted to select their state.

Client-supplied, single-polygon KML map. A KML map, created using Google Maps, sets a boundary around the desired service area. This boundary is not limited to state boundaries. When a KML map is used, customers will be prompted for a ZIP code. An error message will be shown if the ZIP code falls outside the polygon.

Grid-based base pricing, organized into one of our two templates:

Attached Lean-To Pricing

Leans are priced as a % of the center section. For example:

0-12 wide = 1/2 the base price of 24' wide building

13-18 wide = full cost of 18' wide building

19-24 = full cost of 24’ wide building

We also support a percentage increase for double trusses. Example: leans >= 14' wide include a 50% of base price upcharge.

Wrap-around Pricing

Left/Right leans are priced at corner-to-corner length. Front/Back leans are priced at width of building.

Free-Standing Lean Tos and Loafing Sheds

We use the same or similar business logic as with attached leans (based on center-section base prices). Alternatively you can provide a separate grid-based price sheet for the freestanding lean to base prices.
