Description

All features in the Essentials package plus expanded product line upgrades that allow customers to add more styles, options & pricing regions to their site. Fully templatized (customer may not deviate from IdeaRoom standards).

Key Definitions

✅ The customer wishes to add more than one pricing region

✅ The customer wishes to add an upgraded style including a hex barn, a greenhouse or a mini storage building

✅ The customer wishes to create an additional branded site

✅ The customer wishes to enable dealer network support for more than 10 dealers

✅ The customer opts into a specialized pricing display (protected pricing options & price ranges)

✅ The customer wishes to use a non-standard payment processing and/or tax calculation platform including Stripe, Avalara or Authorize.net

✅ Customer requires API/Webhook access to send data to an unsupported external system

✅ Customer can be implemented in < 40 hours

✅ Customer receives 12 ongoing implementation credits per quarter

NOT Included - A customer will require an advanced subscription with a potentially higher set up and monthly cost if they require one or more of the following:

❌ Business logic or rules that are not part of the IdeaRoom carport library (for example, vertical roofs are available only on buildings over X feet wide/long)

❌ Any task or customization that would take longer than 30 minutes to complete, even if that item is listed above. For example, if a client requests adjustments to the sizes for regular carports that would require extensive logic to implement, the client and consultant will work to identify a streamlined approach within the IdeaRoom standard templates that can be completed within 30 minutes.

❌ Any customization around braces, frame gauge, panel gauge, trusses, roof pitch, certifications, additional options, services that are not part of the IdeaRoom carport library.

❌ Integrations that do not include standard implementations of Zapier, Zip Tax, Shed Suite, RTON DMS, CAL or Hubspot
