High Level Summary
Description	A comprehensive 3D sales engine for the design, price & purchase of sheds online.
Key Definitions	✅ The customer is a dealer of an IdeaRoom-supported supplier

	✅ The customer wishes to utilize supplier's pricing & product line within his/her own branded site & unique domain
	✅ The customer's site customizations can be limited to logo, contact phone number & email, logo & contact bar colors, deposit amount, & lead capture forms.
	✅ The customer wants leads to route directly to their business, with access to a back-end leads management system & analytics that are not owned by the supplier
	✅ Customer would like dealer network support for 10 or less dealers
	✅ The customer can be implemented in < 2 hours
NOT Included - A customer will require an advanced subscription with a potentially higher set up and monthly cost if they require one or more of the following:	❌ Products and pricing data are created by and inherited from the supplier. Dealers may not add an option, change a business rule, or update a price within a 3D designer.
	❌ The dealer service includes 0 implementation credits per quarter.
	❌ The customer has >1 supplier
	❌ The requires an additional branded site or dealer network support
	❌ Integrations that do not include standard implementations of Zapier, Zip Tax, Shed Suite, RTON DMS, CAL or Hubspot
	❌ API / Webhook Access

Personalized IdeaRoom 3D Site	Mobile-enabled, Modern UI layout, including Save to Wish List option & scene backgrounds
	SalesView access, our administrative console
	Your company branding, configured in SalesView, including watermarks
	Design emails sent by IdeaRoom on your behalf (DKIM & DMARC configuration required)
	Redirect upon quote submit (optional)
	A personalized subdomain URL of your choosing
ℹ️ Your website administrator must make DNS entries for your personalized URL. This is required during your implementation phase or your subscription will begin with a system-generated URL that is not mapped to your domain.
Service Areas - IdeaRoom can enforce service areas by requesting a ZIP code or state before the customer can design their building. The following service area options are supported:	No restrictions. Customers can design a building without a state or zip code.
	State or zip code boundaries, inherited from the supplier.
	Customer may not deviate from supplier region.
Design Estimates & Quotes	Automated emails that include the following:
	Customer information
	Design details
	Pricing estimates
	Building images
	2D floor plans with measurements
	Three email formats (Summary, Invoice in Email, or Invoice as Attached PDF)
ℹ️ IdeaRoom standard invoice formats are the default format viewed by the customer. If your supplier has a custom invoice format, you can use the supplier print button behind the sales tool login for printing, downloads & sending a quote to the manufacturer in their desired formt. THE END CUSTOMER WILL NOT SEE THE SUPPLIER FORMAT. This is because we cannot override the supplier's branding in a custom supplier quote. ℹ️ Similarly, you can edit T&C in IdeaRoom standard invoice formats. You CANNOT edit T&C in supplier-specific invoice formats. Use the same workaround as above... customers get IdeaRoom standards, you sumbmit to supplier behind the scenes.
