Key Definitions

✅ The customer has one pricing region

✅ The customer has no more than three product lines

✅ Styles can include buildings with roof profiles including Gable/A-frame, Barn/Gambrel, Saltbox/Quaker, Lean/Single Slope, & Hip Roof Sheds. Does not include complex packages.

✅ Customer can utilize IdeaRoom standard business logic

 ✅ Customer would like dealer network support for 10 or less dealers

✅ Customer can be implemented in < 20 hours

✅ Customer receives 6 ongoing implementation credits per quarter

NOT Included - A customer will require an advanced subscription with a potentially higher set up and monthly cost if they require one or more of the following:

❌ Business logic or rules that are not part of the sheds template (for example, an overly complicated set of rules that provide unique standard door and window options for every style, siding type and size). IdeaRoom provides standard, simplified option sets that can be tailored to a clients' needs, but the goal is to create manageable patterns for streamlined updates across time.

❌ Custom upgrade pricing

❌ Any task or customization that would take longer than 30 minutes to complete, even if that item is listed above. For example, if a client requests adjustments to the sizes that would require extensive logic to implement, the client and consultant will work to identify a streamlined approach within the IdeaRoom standard templates that can be completed within 30 minutes.

Service Areas - IdeaRoom can enforce service areas by requesting a ZIP code or state before the customer can design their building. The following service area options are supported:

No restrictions. Customers can design a building without providing a ZIP code.

State boundaries. Customers will be prompted to select their state.

Client-supplied, single-polygon KML map. A KML map, created using Google Maps, sets a boundary around the desired service area. This boundary is not limited to state boundaries. When a KML map is used, customers will be prompted for a ZIP code. An error message will be shown if the ZIP code falls outside the polygon.

Client-supplied, KML map with radius distances from a centralized location (e.g., w/ in 50 miles of HQ, 50 - 200 miles from HQ, 200+ miles from HQ, and so on).

Includes up to 3 product lines

What is a product line? A product line is a series of buildings that share similar characteristics.

For example:
> An economy series that appeals to buyers with budget constraints.
> A premium series that has upgraded siding, doors, & windows.

Product lines include all of the following, with pricing:

• Unlimited building styles and sizes

• Visual colorizer

• Up to three (3) Siding Groups with the following:

Each product line may have up to three (3) Siding Groups.

What are Siding Groups? Siding groups share similar materials and characteristics.
For example:

> A wood siding group that include LP Panel and LP Lap siding
> A vinyl siding group that includes Dutch Lap
> A metal siding group that includes two unique ridge profiles

A siding group include all of the following:

• One trim style, which includes corner trim and door & window trim

• One eave style and one overhang size

• One set of doors, windows, and vents

Each product line may have a limited number of Standard Option Sets that fall within IdeaRoom Standard Business Logic.

What are Standard Option Sets? A collection of included options (such as doors and windows) for a particular building, displayed along a shed wall. Each style may have one set of included components, with one variance based on building width or length, and up to two wall heights. 

For example:

> A standard gable building includes 1 single shed door on the front wall for sizes under 12 feet wide. For sizes 12 feet or wider, the standard gable building includes 2 windows. The standard gable building has two height options (6ft & 8ft), which enables 2 different window heights.
