Once you have signed a mutual agreement, your onboarding slot is reserved. Before the start date of your project, you will hear from your personal Customer Success Agent. Your CSA will provide you with a detailed set of instructions and templates to capture all the info they need to build your configurator.

For suppliers, onboarding is roughly 2 months.

For dealers, onboarding is no more than 3 weeks.

Of course, this all depends on the client's level of communication & organization. If we can't get a hold of you & your files are all on sticky notes, onboarding can take much longer :)
