Submit a Support Request


Whether something isn’t working as expected or you need to request a change, our support team is here to help. Please submit your request using the in-app support widget in SalesView or contact us by phone.

For the fastest routing and timely resolution, we recommend submitting your ticket through SalesView. Please note that emails sent to our previous support inbox are no longer monitored and will not receive a response.

In SalesView

Submitting your request through SalesView ensures it is properly tracked, prioritized, and routed for timely resolution.

  1. Log into SalesView
  2. Click the widget in the bottom right corner
  3. Select Messages, then Send a new message
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your request

If you’re unable to access SalesView, you can contact our support team by phone. Call our main line at (208) 954-8570 and press 2 for Support.
